Hi, I’m Max Hass—a bassist, songwriter, and entertainment attorney with a lifelong connection to the arts. My music journey began with a bass guitar in hand, inspired by legends like Victor Wooten and Jaco Pastorius. Over the years, I’ve written, performed, and collaborated across genres, bringing my own voice to the creative process. Whether jamming with other musicians or crafting lyrics that resonate, music is where I find my truest expression.

In my professional life, I channel that same passion into my work as an entertainment attorney. As a founding partner of Holon Law Partners, a cloud-based law firm, I specialise in helping creatives protect their rights and build sustainable careers. My expertise spans contracts, copyrights, trademarks, and business formation, with a focus on empowering artists to navigate the often-daunting legal landscape. From working with musicians on international tours to guiding visual artists through intellectual property issues, my goal is to let creators focus on their craft while I handle the fine print.

I’m especially committed to education, offering workshops and guidance to help artists understand their rights and take control of their careers. With experience working globally, I’ve had the opportunity to assist international artists seeking opportunities in the US and to support American creatives exploring overseas markets.
