I started in Guernsey’s finance sector at the age of 16, working my way up over three decades in roles with Credit Suisse, Barings, and Odey Asset Management. I reached the pinnacle of my finance career as part of a hedge fund start-up, a role that demanded leadership, strategy, and resilience. While I’m proud of everything I accomplished in that chapter, I knew there was more I wanted to explore.

In 2017, I turned to music—a passion I’ve carried since my teenage years. It began as a creative outlet, managing a friend’s DJ career while I was still working in finance. That side project quickly became something more. By 2019, I had founded Orean Music, a boutique artist management company where I now represent incredible talents like Thomas Irwin, ROZZZQWEEN, Max Ryan, James Carn, and LUXE.

My background in finance gave me a unique perspective on the music industry. I approach each artist’s career like an entrepreneurial venture, blending business strategy with creative vision to help them navigate the complexities of the industry and build sustainable success.

But my journey didn’t stop there. I wanted to make a broader impact, which led to the creation of UniteVerse, an app designed to transform nightlife. UniteVerse is about enhancing safety, inclusivity, and accessibility for social outings. It offers personalized venue recommendations, real-time safety insights, and transportation options, making it easier for everyone to enjoy their evenings out.

Today, I’m a proud “digital nomad,” balancing artist management, the UniteVerse roadshow, and the ever-changing music industry. This chapter of my life is about innovation, adaptability, and following my passions wherever they take me.

What drives me is simple: making meaningful connections, fostering collaboration, and sharing the journey. Whether I’m working behind the scenes or connecting with people directly, I strive to leave a positive impact in everything I do.
