Before founding TS3, John spent over a decade cultivating C-suite relationships and crafting multi-million-pound solutions for prominent organisations such as BP, GE, Aventis, BASF, Liberty of London, and prestigious football clubs like Arsenal and West Ham.


Beyond his prowess in the business realm, John is an active musician and a published composer of Musical Theatre, boasting a diverse musical pedigree. From singing as a soloist at London's Royal Opera House to creating sweeping cinematic vistas and ambient ethereal spaces, his compositions tell emotive stories that resonate with audiences.


John's musical journey has resulted in two published musicals, with more in the pipeline, showcasing his ability to fuse classical and rock influences seamlessly.
