His role as a State employee is just one facet of his commitment to nurturing creative minds. Beyond the confines of the classroom, Charles extends his influence independently, offering workshops that transcend traditional boundaries, delving into the realms of writing, translation, and dramatic expression.

Fluent in French and in the process of mastering Chinese, Charles exemplifies a dedication to continuous learning and cross-cultural engagement.
